National Rollout of the Ghana Maternal and Child Health Record Book
-Ensuring Quality Continuum of Care to all mothers and children in Ghana –
The Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ghana Health Service（GHS）have developed the Combined Maternal and Child Health Record Book (MCH RB), an integrated home-based record for both a mother and her child, with technical and financial support from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This documentary film describes the history of development and promotion and the achievement of the MCH RB program in Ghana for the Continuum of Care (CoC) and Quality of Care (QOC).
